How much laundry can you handle?
Our standard service handles up to 25 lbs of everyday clothing per week. This is typically equivalent to two standard hampers or two to three average home-washer loads.
What about household linens?
We offer a dedicated Linen Reset service for up to 25 lbs of household linens. This includes up to two beds and two bathroom towel sets, using a client-owned two-set linen rotation.
Can I specify my detergent preferences?
Yes, we respect your preferences. Please let us know if you prefer scented or unscented detergent, softener, dryer sheets, or if you have specific Oxi/bleach permissions.
How is my laundry returned?
Your laundry is returned clean, folded, and in a clean House & Thread bag. We handle each household's laundry separately to ensure your personal items remain protected.
What is the overage rate?
Overage is $2.50 per pound. We weigh your laundry after pickup to ensure we are transparent about the total cost of your weekly service.
Are there specific routes?
Yes, we offer a dedicated Winthrop University route. We provide a Wednesday pickup, Thursday wash/fold, and Friday return specifically designed for students.

We provide a dedicated laundry pickup and return service specifically for Winthrop University students. Our route is scheduled for Wednesdays to ensure your laundry is handled professionally and returned clean by Friday.
How does the process work?
Our process is simple: We pick up your laundry on Wednesday, professionally wash and fold it on Thursday, and return it to you on Friday. This allows you to focus on your academic and athletic commitments without the laundry stress.
How much does it cost?
The Winthrop route is $65 per week for up to 25 lbs. We currently have limited spots available at launch to ensure a high-quality experience for all students.
Can I book a spot?
Yes, you can book your spot through our website. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred Wednesday pickup time and ensure your laundry is handled with care.
