Wednesday

Collection: We pick up your laundry from your residence or campus mailbox. Your order is documented and matched to your weekly care profile.

Thursday

Processing: Your laundry is professionally washed and folded according to your personal care profile, including your detergent, softener, dryer sheet, and Oxi preferences.

Friday

Return: We deliver your clean, folded laundry back to your residence or campus mailbox. Your week is lighter, and your laundry is ready for real life.

Every Winthrop option includes Wednesday pickup and Friday return. Semester plans are the easiest set-it-and-forget-it option; Flex lets you book only the Wednesdays you need.
